1,014 words. I have no idea why I’m having such a hard time. Here’s hoping for some kind of inspiration.

I am procrastinating hardcore. 676 words written in two days. That means that I have successfully written 338 words each day so far. I am not letting myself go to sleep until I have at least 1,750 words done.
Nothing written.
The hardest part is starting. I am caring too much, and not letting the words flow. I did however manage to get the progressfly plugin working so I can have a pretty little graph showing my progress.
Here’s to procrastination.
I am now running WordPress 2.1 and the transition was pretty simple. Thanks to a plugin I found that can export your blog content to an xml file, which can be uploaded into the new version of WordPress. I’m sticking with the default theme for the moment, or at least until I find some ambition to feel special and use a different one. The writing project starts tomorrow, and I should be spending my time writing prose for the next few months. I haven’t outlined anything…at all. This will be interesting to say the least.
February 1st marks the start of my next adventure into the writing world. Along for the ride this time is Haley, and anyone else who would like to join. My goal is 75,000 to 100,000 words and at approximately 1,000 words a day, I’m looking to finish at some point in April or May. Next, I am collaborating on a screenplay in June. This is going to be awesome, in a sick and twisted sort of way. I only have 10 days to outline!
Since I haven’t done much updating here, I will probably distract myself from writing by keeping whoever cares updated on my progress.
T minus 10 days and counting.
