"For now, please use the development version of Recapture which seems to be working fine with WordPress 2.5."

I couldn't get the development .02 to work in 2.5.1 either... I can register whatever I want and it goes right through. I just skipped it altogther.
Thanks though!

Hi ...

I also just installed and went through the whole process of API keys, etc... and it doesn't work at all. I'm up to speed with the latest WP of today, 2.5.1

I can register anything and skip the recapture totally. I'm up to 75 spam registrations on a clean system after wiping them all out. We've just started taking comments now, so this is a real bummer. Any suggestions. I went ahead and put ReCaptcha on the comments themselves now and Ben at their site says they still don't do registration intercept in their plugin.

"The official wordpress plugin does not handle the registration page."

Thanks much.

Hi ... I just installed this recaptcha plugin and ... to be honest ... it just does not work at all.

It "works" in that it enables and is visible on the blog ... BUT ... the spam just goes flying right past it. It might work for 'visible' human users but it does not appear to work at all for spambot ... which is pointless.

Am I making a mistake? (All there is is to upload and enable it!?!)

WP 2.3.1 with Akismet (thankfully) enabled.

I do use recaptcha on a mediwiki install and it appears to work there.

Are you aware of having any ideas about this?

Thanks

Hi Ben,

Great plugin - I am still having a bit of trouble with the beta not working on my particular installation of WP2.5. I have been digging around in the code and have started to narrow down where it seems to be failing and will continue to test some changes to see what I come up with.

If I get it figured out I will post the results back here for other users.

Keep up the good work and best of luck in the studies department!
